The staff members at Fairport Baptist Homes have been working on a video that is part of a competition for
 
Breast Cancer Education & Awareness

Manic Monday!

It's a great day at the DFC! We are proud of everyone who kicked their week off right and we definitely felt the rush. Classes had great participation and the juice bar has been non-stop!
 
Tomorrow's line up for group exercise includes:
 
Total Body Blitz with Kim @ Noon

Group Cycling @ Noon with Mark (45 Minutes)
 
Then for after work & classes we have
 
Zumba with Alison @ 5:30
 
and @ 5:30 we also have Group Cycling with Mark for an hour
